- When you make a purchase, you understand that most items are handmade. Handmade means that they are all unique in their own way! They will not all be the same, but that is what makes them unique. 

- GRACE BY SHAN, LLC.is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged during shipment. 

- When shipping internationally, all import and custom fees are up to the customer. 

- Grace by Shan Book and Kindle Sleeves currently have patent pending

- GRACE BY SHAN, LLC. reserves the right to cancel or void an order without giving reason

- All handmade items are protected under the First Sale Doctrine, 

 codified at 17 U.S.C. § 109.

To be approved for a Grace by Shan Giveaway you platform must be visible to the public and be aligned with the GRACE BY SHAN, LLC. mission of spreading kindness and supporting others while sharing a passion for books. GRACE BY SHAN, LLC. reserves the rights to decline any person without giving a reason and can change the policy at any time. Giveaway discounts given are only for the prize for the winner. If discount abuse is suspected, GRACE BY SHAN, LLC. reserves the right to void where probable.

Collaboration Contests:

Collaboration submissions are only valid for the term applied for. Applicants must  have a public Instagram account and be aligned with the GRACE BY SHAN, LLC. mission of spreading kindness and supporting others while sharing a passion for books.GRACE BY SHAN, LLC. may choose a submission for a different term and is not required to collaborate. GRACE BY SHAN, LLC. reserves the right to decline any person without giving a reason and can change the policy at any time.

Promotions:

GRACE BY SHAN, LLC. reserves the rights to change or cancel any promotion without giving a reason and can change the policy at any time. Promotions cannot be combined with one another or applied to previous orders. If discount abuse is suspected, GRACE BY SHAN, LLC. reserves the right to void where probable.

Invite Only Ambassador Program:

By accepting the invitation to the GRACE BY SHAN, LLC. Ambassador Program, you agree to these terms and conditions. Ambassadors cannot use their discount code on their own orders. Ambassador discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions and are valid one time per customer. Payment is made to ambassadors via PayPal twice monthly. If an ambassador's influence no longer aligns with the GRACE BY SHAN, LLC. policy of kindness always, they will be removed from the Ambassador Program immediately. GRACE BY SHAN, LLC. reserves the rights to change or cancel any ambassadorship without giving a reason and can change the policy at any time.  If discount abuse is suspected, GRACE BY SHAN, LLC. reserves the right to void where probable.
